Answer: Different product has different demands. You shall provide us at least your material element, your material width, material web diameter and speed so on. Take Slitting Machine as an example, we need Unwinding Width, Max. Unwinding Diameter, Max. Rewinding diameter and speed etc. Only got your detailed specifications, we shall recommend you the most suitable machine and quotation.

Questions: How about the precision of your Slitting Machine and Sheeting Machine? Answers: The precision is about ±0.15mm. The cut material thickness range is from 50-800gsm.

Question: How about your delivery time?
Answer: Within 30 days after receipt of 100% payment by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight. If you need it immediately, please inform us at advanced, we shall accomplish it as soon as possible

Question: How about the guarantee time and sale after service?
Answer: Guarantee time is one year, out of the time, if you need any parts, we shall provide you with cost and repair the electric appliances in free as well as technical consultant. If you have any questions, you can contact us by phone or E-mail, we will help you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Question: How to operate the machine?
Answer: When delivery, we shall attach <Operation Manual> or VCD, it illustrates how to operate the machine step by step. Also we can arrange our engineer come to your factory installation machine and training your staff, but you shall pay for the returning ticket and accommodation.

Question: I am willing to buy one machine, but in special specification, could you help me?
Answer: Yes! If you have any special specification of same style machine, we will design it independently for you according to your demand.
